Government legislation states that libraries can continue to provide essential services during the November lockdown. This means that from Tuesday 10th November Woodbridge Library will be open from 10am-5pm Tuesdays to Saturdays for provision of the following services:
- PC booking for Universal Credit and other benefit usage (booking required)
- Normal reservation and collection service
- Select and collect service
- Return of titles (Woodbridge Library has a book drop facility so you can drop items off without having to come in.)
You will not be able to browse in any library in Suffolk. The mobile library and home library services will be suspended.
All fines will be suspended and loan dates extended until 16 December.
No cash payments in libraries, card payments only. You can pay outstanding charges and fines online.

Suffolk Libraries has the following safety procedures in place:
Staff and customers are required to wear a face covering and hand sanitisers are available for everyone.
It is mandatory for Suffolk Libraries to collect information from customers for the test and trace process.
However, we would ask that anyone with any COVID-19 symptoms refrain from visiting until they’re feeling better in the interests of customers and staff.
You can still download and stream free eBooks, eAudio, magazines, newspapers, films, documentaries and music. Suffolk Libraries is also running events online to enjoy from home at https://www.suffolklibraries.co.uk/whats-on and via Suffolk Libraries YouTube channel.
