The Woodbridge Rotary Club meet at “The Bull Inn” in Woodbridge most Friday lunchtimes with a visit elsewhere one Thursday evening per month. We are a group of people who enjoy fellowship whilst fundraising and supporting the local community (and abroad) where and when we can.

This year we have supported “The Blood Runners” (SERV), Macmillan Cancer Support, Alzheimer’s Society (amongst others) by holding a Bottle Stall at the Woodbridge Regatta; running a Jazz Night; arranging local walks; holding a Charity Golf Day; arranging a Cycle Ride; helping at the Aldeburgh Carnival; “supplying” Father Christmas and his Elves at Notcutts; running the Carol Service in Woodbridge – the list is endless! Events, ideas and charities supported often follow on directly from members own interests and hobbies. None of these are possible without the support and efforts of the Club members.

It’s not all about fundraising – along we way we gain friendships, meet interesting people and gain a lot for ourselves too! Visits out have included film nights at the Riverside in Woodbridge; looking round a Martello Tower; visiting Sizewell; playing bowls at Hollesley and meeting interesting groups of people at various venues locally.

We are always on the lookout for new members. If you would like to find out more – either to become a Rotarian or a “Friend of Rotary” – please do not hesitate to contact us in confidence via:

We look forward to hearing from you.
