The Mayor of Woodbridge Invites you to the Spring Ball on Saturday 7th May 2016 at The Seckford Hall Hotel, Woodbridge
“The evening promises to be a wonderful occasion in a fabulous setting with some extraordinary entertainment. The Mayoress and I look forward to welcoming as many friends of the Town, old and new, as possible. In addition, in common with the Mayoral theme this year of public service, we have reserved a couple of tables for special guests of the Mayor.
We are looking for nominations from members of the public, who for whatever reason, have given special service to the Town this year. The names of everybody nominated will go into a hat with ten lucky individuals (each of whom may bring a guest) being selected at random to attend as guests of the Mayor. The Town Clerk shall be making the draw on Monday April 18th at the Shire Hall at 10am and will notify the person who nominated the winner via email. Please send your nominations to email@example.com before that date. No cash alternative is available. Please note ticket enquiries should be directed to the Shire Hall. We will be raising money for two good causes on the night, Just 42, which does so much for young people of Woodbridge and the environs and The Woodbridge Soldiers Fund, which provides real support for local soldiers and their families during times of strife. I hope you can join us.
