Our Suffolk law firm is celebrating after winning a national award for the outstanding digital service it offers clients.
The firm triumphed in the Best Digital Presence category of the prestigious LawNet Awards after focussing on developing a culture of online excellence.
The award recognised the firm’s digital work which includes its website, social media, digital branding, content marketing and accessibility.
Marketing Manager Helen Crapnell says “Digital marketing has been an integral part of our activity for the last few years and this award makes our hard work all worthwhile”.
Gotelee’s Chief Executive Officer Alistair Lang said the firm had worked hard to ensure digital activity played a crucial role in operations.
“We make a strong case at Gotelee for easy access for our clients to Gotelee legal skills and experience,” he said. “Our offices in Suffolk are easily reached and obvious for clients.
“This award is evidence of our parallel commitment to digital access to legal issues. Not everyone wants to sit in a book-lined meeting room and not everyone wants to sit staring at a screen.
“The way forward is to provide both options and I am delighted Gotelee’s efforts in the digital market place have been recognised by our peer group.”
Gotelee’s digital output is overseen by Marketing Manager Helen Crapnell, who is supported by Marketing Assistant Zoe Blowers and Digital Marketing Apprentice Luke Mallett.
The awards are open to legal practices who are members of LawNet, the leading national network for independent law firms. The winners were announced at an awards dinner held at the network’s annual conference.
Earlier this year, Gotelee celebrated a significant milestone when its headcount surpassed 100 employees, now standing at 125 staff – an increase of 50% in the last two years.
And in February, the firm also expanded after reaching an agreement to merge with parts of Suffolk Coastal law firm Margary + Miller. That merger came into effect on April 1, meaning Margary + Miller’s offices in Woodbridge, Melton and Felixstowe now operate under the Gotelee banner.
