We are delighted to announce that Choose Woodbridge member Ufford Park Hotel, Golf and Spa reached the finals in the Norfolk and Suffolk Tourism Awards 2020.
They were shortlisted in three award categories: Hotel of the Year, Staff Training and Customer Care.
The Norfolk and Suffolk Tourism Awards take place every year and the location of the ceremony switches from county to county. This year it was Suffolk’s turn so the finals were held at Milsoms Kesgrave Hall on Thursday 27 February 2020.
Hosted by Archant, the awards aim to recognise the achievements of businesses across Norfolk and Suffolk operating in the tourism sector. The event was hosted by BBC’s David Whiteley and more than 250 guests attended the ceremony where 11 awards were handed out.
Over the last few years Ufford Park have been finalists in a number of local and national awards, including the Golf Environment Awards 2020 and the National Business Women’s Awards 2019.
In 2019, managing director Tarnia Robertson and the team were named Greenest Business in Suffolk’s Creating the Greenest County Awards.
Ufford Park have also recently been announced as finalists in the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) Celebrating Small Business Awards 2020. The team will be attending the East of England finals on in Newmarket on 27 March 2020 where they are up for the Environmental and Family Business of the Year awards. We wish them the best of luck.
